Success! Prism Ag achieves Reserved Matters Approval on first submission for three dwellings in Wakefield Green Belt.
Prism Ag are delighted to announce that today Wakefield Council has approved our Reserved Matters Approval application for three new homes on a infill plot in the Wakefield Green Belt on the first submission.
The application and ideas brought forward by Prism Ag's Director, and discussed with the client were to create a small development on the infill plot, but which had two totally different property types on either side and of differing roof heights, to the left was traditional coarsed stone barn conversions with no less than three different ridge heights and to the right was a row of ex council red brick semi detached and terrace houses. We followed through with the same original strategy we created for the client, our sketch views submitted with the application gave the second appeal inspector a relatively good concept idea of how the proposal would look, even though Scale and Appearance were matters that we reserved.
This application process wasn't plain sailing and following a negative response Pre-App, we first submitted an application on 20 November 2019, the process then went like this:
Outline Application - Refused
Appeal - Dismissed
High Court - Appeal Decision Quashed
Appeal Redetermination - Allowed
Reserved Matters Application - Approved on first submission.
