Success! Prior Approval Granted for Agricultural Track in Derbyshire Dales District
Prism Ag's land surveyor prepared a Topographical Survey of the land due to the gradient of the land, Prism Ag prepared the Agricultural Supporting Statement as well as the Prior Approval application for an Agricultural Track covering 466.8 sq metres in the Derbyshire Dales district using the General Permitted Development Order(GPDO) 2015 (as amended), Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A – agricultural developments on units of 5ha or more
The Local Authority assessed the application, supported by the Topographical Survey and Agricultural Statement for Planning and decided that Prior Approval was required and Granted for the formation and extension of a private way on the grounds of siting and means of construction along with a 19.2 sq metre hardstanding area beside the agricultural building.
