   Class AA (Prior Approval) Demolition of Existing Roof and Construction of New First Floor with Roof in Barnsley, South Yorkshire (green belt rural planning).

   Certificate of lawfulness to regularise a Landscaping Condition of a 2005 Application at an equestrian facility in excess of 10 years; and two timber stable blocks in excess of 4-years/10-years respectively (prior to legislation change for the 4-year rule) and a change of use of agricultural land to full equestrian use in excess of 10 years); and a change of use of a Dutch barn, lean-to and single storey building in excess of 10 years together with operation as a commercial business use providing facilities for outdoor sport and recreation in excess of 10 years in North Yorkshire.
