Full Planning Permission for 1 x New Build Dwelling, Conversion of a 1700s non-designated heritage asset farm building range into 2 x dwellings (including demolition of two Victorian era red brick cottages, demolition of the front elevation and gables of the Victorian farmhouse together with partial demolition of the red bricked Victorian era farm building range/pig stys). Whilst retaining the original rear 1700s part of the Farmhouse in West Yorkshire and relinking it to an adjacent building via a modern glass vestibule.
Certificate of Lawfulness for Existing Use or Development (CLEUD) Approval for the erection of three stable blocks, one timber staff room shed, a 60m x 30m Equestrian Manege and the siting of four metal shipping containers (20ft, 30ft & 40ft). Plus the change of use of land for a clay pigeon shooting club in existence since 1986 in West Yorkshire.
