Prism Ag successful with the extension of an agricultural track on farm land in North Yorkshire, the applicants existing track fell some 27 metres short of a new general purpose agricultural building and its associated hardstanding area, following approval of an agricultural building under the full planning route, the track extension application was made as a formality and granted by Harrogate Borough Council.
The Local Authority assessed the application, supported by an Agricultural Statement for Planning and decided that Prior Approval was required and Granted for the formation of a 27 metre agricultural track extension to access the new agricultural building.
