The Local Authority assessed the application, supported by the Topographical Survey and Agricultural Statement for Planning and decided that Prior Approval was required and Granted for the formation and extension of a private way on the grounds of siting and means of construction along with a 19.2 sq metre hardstanding area beside the agricultural building.
