Prism Ag prepared the Agricultural Statement as well as the Prior Approval application to support the proposal for a 600 sq metre agricultural storage barn for the storage of hay on a 99 Ha (244 acre) estate in Surrey using the General Permitted Development Order(GPDO) 2015 (as amended), Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A – agricultural developments on units of 5ha or more

The Local Authority assessed the application, supported by an Agricultural Statement for Planning purposes and decided that No Prior Approval was required.
