Prism Ag’s surveyor prepared a Topographical Survey of the land for the proposed siting location of the agricultural building due to the gradient of the land, Prism Ag prepared the Agricultural Supporting Statement as well as the Prior Approval application to support the proposal for a 294 sq metre general purpose agricultural storage building on a 6.7 Ha (16.6 acre) agricultural unit, increasing to 31 Ha (76.6 acres) by mid-2020 rearing outdoor pigs and calf rearing in the Derbyshire Dales district using the General Permitted Development Order(GPDO) 2015 (as amended), Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A – agricultural developments on units of 5ha or more.
The Local Authority assessed the application, supported by an Agricultural Statement for Planning and decided that No Prior Approval was required.
