Success! Dual Appeals Allowed for Class A Agricultural Building & Class E Forestry Building in Kent

Prism Ag submitted two Prior Approval applications (Agricultural Building under Part 6, Class A and a separate Forestry Building under Part 6, Class E) on behalf of the client, the LPA responded that Planning Permission was required but sent out site notices for Prior Approval is Required, after much ‘back n forth’ with the the Council, and their external consultee, the Council failed to make a decision on the application.

Prism Ag appealed to the Planning Inspectorate on the grounds of non-determination, effectively removing the decision making from the case officer and the Local Planning Authority. Both Appeals were Allowed.
