Prism Ag successful with a Certificate of Lawfulness of Existing Use or Development (CLEUD) application GRANTED for horse stables, equestrian corral and an access track which had been in continual use in excess of 4 years without the necesary planning consents on grazing land in West Yorkshire.
The clients are very happy with the outcome which followed pre-enforcement action from Bradford Council, Prism Ag assisted the clients to regularise outstanding rural planning matters in the West Yorkshire Green Belt.
